Hi guys and best of luck with your new forum.

While I completely understand the reasoning behind the new sign up laws, as an opposition supporter I fear that this may not be the place to leave details about myself. So, with a heavy heart, I will not be able to sign up on a long term basis.

Thanks for all the great reading and debates we have had over the past 6 years in all incarnations of Hawthorn unofficial boards. I will sadly miss participating.

Hopefully I will still be able to read these forums as a guest.

Thank to all.

-Craig.

I would like to mirror B&W's comments. What is the privacy arrangement that is going to be in place to protect our information? Who is going to have access to it?

If we email it to you in a gmail account that means that google by their set agreement will have access to the information we send to you and I don't like that arrangement at all.

Can this please be elaborated on?

Is this still a requirement? Cheers.
